Terms & Conditions for Headphones Warranty

JVC headphones have a 6-month Free Warranty starting from the date of purchase.

  1. Free warranty service is applicable only for headphone products imported by SHUN HING JVC LTD. (the Company) and restricted for those sold in Hong Kong or Macau.
     
  2. You MUST present the guarantee label in the back of packaging box together with the original receipt indicating the date of purchase, dealer's name and model number to the technician for inspection when service is rendered.
     
  3. The Company does not recognize any other warranty certificate issued by any other party.
     
  4. For any defect, in the judgment of our technician, caused under normal use, the Company is responsible for repairing or replacing parts (excluding the product has been altered or replaced by technician or any other person not explicitly authorized by the Company, damaged through misuse, negligence, accident, dampness, water ingress, insect or natural calamities, the model number of the product has been altered or removed, the guarantee label will be voided). Replaced parts will become property of the Company.
     
  5. For headphone products, the client is responsible for the transportation of the unit to and from our repair service stations.
     
  6. The Company retains final deciding authority in any event of dispute.
     
  7. All terms, stated and implied, are subject to change without prior notice.
